I'm sure you all are well aware of the value of Kegel exercises, but Women's Health published a few more exercises on their website that should increase your sexual satisfaction The article on their site recommends the following routine for better sex:

- Plie
- Glute Bridge
- Stability Ball Jackknife
- Hinge
